Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delivery may occasionally take longer due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking details (where available) so you can monitor your delivery.

Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is damaged or expired, we're here to help.

We Offer Exchanges If:

  • The product arrives damaged during shipping.
  • The product is expired upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong item.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories or promotional items (if applicable).
  • Please provide clear photos or videos showing the issue to help us process your request quickly.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to exchange products if:

  • The product has been used or opened.
  • The product was damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • The exchange request is made after the allowed reporting period.
  • You changed your mind after purchasing or ordered the wrong product.
